Suspicions of school violence have been raised against Park Cho-rong, a member of the group Apink.
A, who claims to be an elementary school classmate with Park Cho-rong, revealed today (5th) that she was assaulted by Park Cho-rong when she was in high school.
“When I was in high school, when we were in different schools, I was dragged into an alley in Sachang-dong, Cheongju, and was jumped.” A told MBN.
“Park Cho-rong’s friends who surrounded me, also hitting my head and shoulders recklessly, kicking my legs, pulling my hair, and assaulting me,” she recalled. “My hair was pulled out, my face was swollen and my shin was bruised.”
“One of them pulled my clothes and said, ‘Let’s take her clothes off.” I grabbed my clothes desperately and the cardigan came off a little, but I still remember what I was wearing that day with shame and shock.”
She confessed, “I never dreamed that I, the victim of the school violence, would be investigated as a “false defamation” and “forced attempted suicide” when I personally sent Park Cho-rong an Instagram DM while thinking about whether I would get rid of the wounds of the past if I received a sincere apology.”
She warned of a hard-line response, saying, “I will file a complaint against Park Cho-rong through my legal representative.”
In the meantime, A also revealed the Instagram DM contents sent to Park Cho-rong along with Park Cho-rong’s past photos. In the conversation, A said, “I still remember that time as a nightmare. If you think you’re sorry for what happened to me at least a little, officially.” In response, Park Cho-rong sent a reply saying, “Please contact me.”
On the other hand, Apink’s agency PlayM Entertainment countered, “The information is a clear blemish.”
The agency explained,
“We have already threatened Park Cho-rong with the same content, and we have corrected the relationship, but Kim has repeatedly reversed the relationship. As we said earlier, we will also hold the legal responsibility for this issue strictly based on evidence.”
